From your first diagnosis to the PDF report — a step-by-step guide to every part of the dashboard.
1. Getting started
Paste your website address on the home page and click "Try it free" — the diagnosis runs in about 1 minute, no account needed.
To save your history and unlock continuous monitoring, create an account (email or Google) and enter your brand's name, niche, description and region — Skilo also tries to fill these in on its own from what it reads on your website.
The daily analysis runs automatically when you open the dashboard: you don't need to click anything — if it already ran today, the dashboard shows the saved result.
2. How to read the Skilo Score
The Skilo Score (0-100) combines three components: SEO (40% weight — your site's health for Google), GEO (30% weight — how ready your content is to be cited by AI) and AI Presence (30% weight — whether your brand is actually cited in answers). The "How your score was calculated" card in the Overview shows the weight of each pillar and the biggest drag at the moment.
AI Presence is measured from the very first analysis (a live simulation runs automatically) and becomes more reliable as you register monitoring prompts (Prompts tab) — the seal next to the score (Preview/Validating/Verified) shows how reliable the measurement is, without ever taking points away for it.
The full methodology, with the real weights and the scale for each pillar, is on the "How we calculate the score" page — no black box.
3. How to monitor your presence in AI
In the Prompts tab, register questions your customers would really ask about your niche (e.g. "where can I buy women's dresses in São Paulo?"). Each question is tested as soon as you register it and then automatically every month, on the AIs included in your plan.
Each prompt shows whether the brand was cited, in what position and the sentiment of the mention — click any result to see the AI's full answer.
Prompts consistent with your niche are essential: generic or off-market questions distort the Real Presence score.
4. How to use the Improvement Agent
In the Improvement Agent tab, AI generates product descriptions, structured FAQ, category taxonomy, an editorial calendar, alt text for images without descriptions and missing JSON-LD schemas — all based on the real diagnosis of your website.
Available from the Growth plan. On the Scale plan, you also get the Post + Image Agent: it generates a ready-to-publish post with an exclusive cover image, up to 5 times a month.
Any generation can become a task in the Action Center with one click.
5. How to use the Action Center (Kanban)
The fixes that weigh most on your score (identified automatically in the Diagnosis) can become tasks with one click, already showing their estimated impact in points.
Drag tasks between columns as you make progress — the board is saved per brand, so you pick up where you left off.
Available from the Growth plan.
6. How to generate and share the PDF report
In the Reports tab, generate the executive PDF with your scores, how the score was calculated, real AI presence, rich schemas and the prioritized action plan — ready to send to a partner or client.
You can also create a public link (read-only, with an expiration date) to share without requiring the recipient to log in.
